Reduced Guilt Peanut Butter Pie

If I do say so myself, this pie is the shiz. It takes 3 ingredients and about a minute to whip together. IT COULD NOT BE EASIER! It’s not exactly a kale smoothie, but if you’re going to splurge on a good dessert you could do MUCH worse. The cool whip and powdered peanut butter cut a lot of fat and calories.

 

Total Thyme: About 2 minutes to make, 1-2 hours in the freezer.

 

Servings: 4-6 ....maybe fewer if you've had a bad day:) 

 

Ingredients:

Cool whip: 1 8-oz tub, lite or regular

Powdered Peanut Butter: 4 heaping tablespoons

Oreo or Graham Cracker Pie Crust: The store bought kind that’s already made

 

Directions:

Thaw cool whip.

Add the powdered peanut butter to cool whip and mix really well.

Fill the pie crust with the cool whip mix.

Stick in the freezer for at least an hour or 2 to solidify and make the pie easy to cut.

THAT’S IT!
