This is a great breakfast for the weekends, or to make ahead and take slices to go on busy mornings. You can whip it together in 5 minutes, bake for 30, and you’re done! It’s healthy, filling and goes great with coffee.
Total Thyme: 30 minutes (less than 5 hands-on)
Oats: 1.5 cups
Peanut or Almond Butter: ¼ cup
Agave Nectar: ¼ cup (you could use Maple Syrup instead)
Baking Soda: 1 tsp.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: 1 tsp.
Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp.
Sea Salt: ½ tsp.
Vanilla Extract: 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas really well. An easy way to do this is to put them in a sandwich bag and smash them between your hands.
Combine bananas and all other ingredients in a large bowl until everything is completely mixed.
Grease a pie pan and pour the batter in.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cut into slices, and enjoy! Goes great with some fruit or a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
