Avocado Mayo Burger

This is the easiest recipe for a juicy and delicious burger. AND it’s only 3 ingredients, minus the salt and pepper. If you’re trying to cut carbs, serve on a bibb lettuce wrap instead of a bun.

 

Primal Kitchen makes AH-mazing Avocado Oil Mayo, and that’s what I use in this recipe. If you want your burger to have a chili-lime flavor, they make a Chili Lime Mayo that you could use instead!

 

It’s my new favorite way to make a burger!!

 

Total Thyme: 5 minutes prep, plus the thyme to grill or broil

 

Servings: Makes 4 burger patties

 

Ingredients:

Ground Turkey or Lean Ground Beef: 1 lb.

 

Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo: ¼ cup

 

Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs or Panko: ¼ cup

 

Salt & Pepper: a few shakes of each

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

 

Shape into 4 patties.

 

Grill, or Broil until cooked through. If you’re topping with cheese, add the cheese just as they’re almost done cooking.

 

Top with tomato slices, avocado, or any toppings of your choice.

 

Serve on lettuce wraps or buns.
